  • Jarrod was an exceptional host- always responsive and helpful. The house was perfect for our needs. It was as depicted in the photos and well equipped. The house was private but close enough to the village and beach where there was ample parking. We were a family of 8 ranging in age from 67 down to almost 2 and we were all very comfortable. The pool was perfect for our toddler granddaughter and our 20-25 year olds enjoyed the game room, large TVs and enjoyed their space and the amenities. I would highly recommend Jarrod and should we return to Siesta Kay we would love to be his guest again.

  • Great house! Space for everyone! Large living area upstairs and amazing family room downstairs with games and big tv! Awesome Backyard & Pool! We celebrated my son’s college graduation with all our adult children & their girlfriends. We cooked all meals and the kitchen had everything we needed! Went to bars late night- easy Uber ride! Best Beach is around corner with free parking! I highly recommend this house! We will be back!!

  • This was a great place for three couples and six teenagers. All the spaces were used and enjoyed. Everything was there as expected. Jarrod is the best Air BnB host I've ever dealt with. He was responsive within minutes if we needed anything. He checked up almost every day as well. Jarrod also was very accommodating of some supplies we had to send ahead. If we ever go back to Siesta Key, I hope this place is available.

  • We absolutely loved every minute of our stay at Jarrod's! It was the perfect getaway to celebrate our daughter's 13th birthday with her and her friends. The house is so adorable and clean and nicely updated. The girls especially loved all of the arcade games and the beautiful pool and backyard. The kitchen and dining area were perfect for all of us and the 3 living areas allowed all 10 of us to spread out and feel comfortable. Siesta Key was a 20 minute walk which was really nice during the busy Memorial Day weekend when parking was out of the question. We all had a terrific time and lots of fun memories were made!

  • Booked this for a bachelorette group of 9 and it was perfect. The place was great—matched the photos, had a great layout with lots of room to spread out, and great attention to detail such as extra towels, washcloths, multiple smart tvs, steamer, etc. The backyard was really well kept, had plenty of space for a hibachi night and the pool was perfect to end each of our days. While we didn’t walk anywhere from the house, I still found this to be a great location. We took Ubers the whole weekend and this house was never more than 5 minutes away from anywhere we were going. Jarrod was a great host who was super responsive both before the trip with my questions and during. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. No complaints and definitely recommend!

  • We spent four nights at Jarrod’s place for a girls weekend and couldn’t be happier with our experience. The home itself has a terrific layout, with bedrooms and living areas on both floors. The backyard and saltwater pool are beautiful and comfortable, with plenty of outdoor seating and thoughtful items like floats, pool noodles, and a wagon (made our trips to the beach a breeze). The home was spotless, easy to access, and the location provides quick access to beach/restaurants while still feeling private. We appreciated Jarrod’s recommendations (Owen’s Fish Camp was wonderful!) and his prompt communication before and throughout our stay. Thanks Jarrod for opening your home to us!
